The NE Film series was developed to spotlight the diverse ethnic groups that make up Northeast Minneapolis. Films include English subtitles. There’s a discussion afterwards, led by a community representative from the spotlighted culture, accompanied by authentic treats and refreshments. In 2013, North African and French films were shown. In 2014, a Polish film was shown, along with a personal introduction from the director via video.
