2/19/25 Logan Park Industrial Open House for streets other than Quincy St
This open house specifically focuses on Tyler, Jackson, Van Buren, 12th Ave, 13th Ave, 14th Ave. As the Qunicy St redevelopment is getting significantly more engagement, the City has decided to move forward with the other streets separately.

📍Northeast Recreation Center (1530 Johnson St NE, Mpls)
1/28/25 Update: Quincy Street decoupled from remaining streets in Logan Park Industrial:
The City of Minneapolis has extended the design process for Quincy Street to provide time for additional engagement and to explore design options. The other streets in the project will continue as planned. The City is exploring the use of non-standard features to meet the unique needs, uses, and context of the roadway.
What does this mean for the project?
The six other streets in the project area will be moving towards concept layout approval by the City Council this spring as originally planned. There will be future engagement opportunities with different ideas for Quincy at a future date, so we encourage those with an interest in Quincy to join our project email list to learn about these meetings. While some of the other six streets may start construction in 2026, Quincy would not start before 2027.
