Mark your calendars for a perfect summer evening! LPNA is thrilled to announce free music in the park on Wednesday, July 16th, at 7:00 pm at Logan Park (690 13th Ave NE).

The Pavilion will be alive with music featuring the local Logan Park band “Funk N Spuds”! We’ll supply the popcorn, so just grab your favorite blanket or chair, bring your beverage of choice, and get ready to enjoy a summer night with neighbors. 

Please note: This community music event will be held in lieu of our usual July General Meeting.

About the band: Funk N Spuds is a rock band who describes themselves as raw, jazzy, melodic, and uplifting. The band got its name because they believe their music, like a potato, is versatile, comforting, and perfect for any occasion – whether you’re dancing, chilling, or just savoring life’s moments! Comprised of seasoned musicians from around the Midwest and centered around the Meier Brothers, Funk N Spuds’ unique sound is an alchemy of groovy bass lines, electrifying guitar riffs, funky flugelhorn, and some of the best darn drumming you’ll hear in the Twin Cities.
